Microwave (3-4 Minutes): Remove plastic film off bowl. Open the meat pouch and add contents onto the bowl. Cut 1 corner of sauce pouch and pour sauce on top of bowl as desired. Microwave for 3 min on high setting. Add an extra minute if needed.
When done, garnish bowl with parsley flakes and/or avocado
Stove Top (4 Minutes): Remove plastic film off bowl & add rice with vegetables in a pot. Add 1 tbsp of water. Set on medium heat & stir for 4 minutes. In a boiling pot of water, add the unopened meat & sauce pouches. Done in 4 minutes. Add 1 extra minute if needed. *All plastic pouches are BPA free and can reach a max heating temperature of 400 F
