At Rice Bowl, we believe in healthy, natural, wholesome meals without the toxic chemicals, artificial flavoring and additives. All of our Rice Bowl meals are made from scratch using real, natural ingredients freshly prepared and delivered right to your doorstep.

Rice Bowl offers customizable meal selections unlike other companies. All of our meals are gluten-free and made fresh with real, natural ingredients each with a distinctive taste and intense flavors. Once you try our bowls, there is no denying that you can taste the authenticity of its ingredients.

Step 1: Easily customizable. Choose the type of Rice Bowl meal with your choice of protein and rice. Step 2: Select your meal plan. Choose from 3 to up to 8 meals delivered per week or bi-weekly. Step 3: Every meal is delivered fresh to your door in an insulated, cool box Step 4: Microwave/ stovetop heat the meal kits. When done, add the final touches by garnishing your bowl and enjoy!

After customizing your Rice Bowl, in the “Meal Plan” section of the Menu page, choose either weekly or bi-weekly delivery subscription. On the “Checkout” page, enter your email, name, address, and card information in order to finalize and complete the subscription process.

A standard Rice Bowl box comes with a rice bowl tray with rice and a side of mixed vegetables, 1 pouch of our premium sauce, 1 pouch of protein/meat, an avocado (1 avocado can serve up to 4 servings), and dried parsley flakes. A packet of shredded cheddar cheese is also included (for Chili Bowl meals only).

All of our Rice Bowl meals are single lunch/dinner portions meant to serve one individual.

Yes, you can! Every Rice Bowl meal is easily customizable which sets our company apart from others. We currently offer 4 rice selections and 4 protein/meat and meat substitutes of your choice per Rice Bowl. However, the Oxtail Bowl & Chili Bowl comes with meat already included in the dish but you can also choose to have additional meat added to these types of meals.

Yes we do! All of our meals are made fresh with real, natural ingredients. We don’t use any artificial flavoring or animal byproduct in any of our Rice Bowl meals with the exception of our Oxtail Bowl & Chili Bowl that comes with meat already infused in the dish. We also offer Quorn soy-free meatless pieces as an option or you can choose to have “No Meat”. Each Rice Bowl comes with a side of mixed vegetables as well.

New Rice Bowl meals are featured and added every month.

We do not offer trial orders or one-time single delivery orders because we are a subscription-based company. Customers have the ability to change their delivery frequency even after they have subscribed. Customers can choose either a weekly or bi-weekly delivery subscription. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime. If canceling a subscription, the cancellation deadline is by Saturday, 12:00 pm (Noon) EST to be applied before your next order ships out. To cancel a subscription, access your account page by logging in and select “cancel subscription” or you can send us a message in the Chat or email us @ support@ricebowlmeals.com

Yes. On the bottom of the Menu page, there are many different snack options you can add to your delivery order. You can choose to have the snacks as one-time only with your meal or included in your weekly/bi-weekly subscription plan.

Our Rice Bowl meals vary in prices. Bowls without meat cost $7.99, while the price for standard bowls range from $8.99 to $14.99.

Rice Bowl offers weekly and bi-weekly delivery subscriptions. You will be billed automatically based on the delivery subscription you’ve selected until you cancel. The cancellation/order modification deadline is Saturday, 12 pm (Noon) EST in order to be applied before your next meal’s delivery for the following week. Requests made after that deadline will be applied to the next following week’s delivery.

Yes. To view your order, access your customer account page by logging in. Once on the page, you’re able to view your order and delivery frequency.

Once your card has been charged, we prepare and ship your order the same day or the following day. Therefore, we are not able to stop or modify your weekly or bi-weekly delivery. Order modification requests must be placed by Saturday, 12:00 pm (Noon) EST to be applied to the following week’s delivery. Requests made after that deadline will be applied to the next following week’s delivery. To cancel a subscription, access your account page by logging in and select “cancel subscription” or you can send us a message in the Chat or email us @ support@ricebowlmeals.com.

We don’t issue refunds at this time. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you can cancel anytime before the cancellation deadline on Saturday, 12:00 pm (Noon) EST to avoid being charged for the following week’s delivery.

We ship 5 days out of the week. If you place an order over the weekend, your order will not be shipped until the next business day (Monday) for safety reasons. Once your order is processed, your meals are shipped via LaserShip, FedEx Air, or UPS. A tracking number will be automatically issued to your email.

We currently ship nationwide in the U.S. with the exception of some West Coast States. As we continue to expand, shipping will be made available to these States. You can also subscribe to our monthly newsletter to get notified when we deliver in your area. Below are some of the States that we currently do not deliver to:

Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, Hawaii, Puerto Rico

We ship 5 days out of the week. Meal plans generally arrive within the same day or 1-2 days. If an order is placed over the weekend, your order will not be shipped until the next business day (Monday) for safety reasons. Meal plans are shipped via LaserShip, UPS, or FedEx Air in which you will be given a tracking number by email.

Nope. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the box will be left on your doorstep. You will also receive a notification on your email that your box has been delivered.

After receiving your Rice Bowl meal kits, refrigerate as soon as possible or you can choose to freeze the meals. If freezing, before warming the meals, make sure to thaw in the refrigerator for about 24-48 hours for best results.

All of our Rice Bowl meals are vacuumed sealed and can last up to 10 days in the refrigerator and up to 8 weeks if stored in the freezer.

All of the meals are packaged in BPA-free plastic vacuum seals which are recyclable and 100% compostable unbleached plant fiber bowls. The meal kits are delivered in insulated boxes with ice packs to keep them at safe temperatures.

The purpose of Rice Bowl meals is to offer customers ease in food preparation of healthy and natural meals. Just heat & eat. Meals are ready in minutes in the microwave or on the stove top. Avocados and dried parsley flakes are included in every box to garnish your meal before enjoying.

Your Rice Bowl meals are kept fresh during shipment by vacuum seal in insulated and refrigerated boxes.

Environmental sustainability is very important to us and recycling disposable items is a great way to take part in this. Here is how: The corrugated delivery box, the cardboard meal sleeves, and any other paper products can be recycled curbside and the BPA-free plastic bags along with the gel packs (after disposing the non-toxic contents in a garbage) can be recycled at a local store drop off. You can also reuse the gel packs to cool food for picnics, hiking, camping, etc.
